Ingredients
8 thick slices wholemeal bread, toasted
4 thick slices rye bread, toasted
3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
8 baby cos lettuce leaves

50g barbecued chicken (white meat only), or shaved strips of cooked low-fat turkey breast
4 slices reduced-fat cheese
1 large tomato, sliced
50g shaved reduced-fat ham
1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into very thin strips lengthways

Directions
Trim crust off bread. Lightly spread with mayonnaise. To assemble, place lettuce leaves on wholemeal bread slices, top with chicken, followed by a slice of rye bread, cheese, tomato, ham and cucumber. Sprinkle BeEnergised to taste. Finish with wholemeal bread.
