Nutmeg, valerian, chamomile, lavender, passionflower, rosemary, cinnamon, ginseng, ashwaganda, vanilla, thyme.

NUTMEG contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties that act like antioxidants. A natural chemical called trimyristin found in nutmeg assists with nerve relaxation, muscle relaxation and promotes a sense of calm. It helps release serotonin which induces sleep.  

VALERIAN Is a herb that acts like a sedative for the central nervous system helping us snooze. It has been used for common sleep disorders such as insomnia. Valerian has the possible benefits of helping you fall asleep faster; improved sleep quality, relief from restlessness and feeling more refreshed in the morning. Valerian may stimulate nerves to release a chemical called gamma-aminobutyric acid or GABA.

CHAMOMILE is packed with antioxidants that may benefit the quality of your sleep. Apigenin is an oxidant that binds to receptors in the brain which then promotes sleepiness. It has been shown to help you fall and stay asleep.

LAVENDER contains linalyl acetate and linalool which are phytochemicals that are rapidly absorbed into the blood stream.  These compounds inhibit several neurotransmitters and provide a sedative effect.

PASSIONFLOWER regulates the amount of gamma-aminobutyric acid or GABA in the brain which makes you relax and sleep better.

ROSEMARY contains a number of phytochemicals including rosmarinic acid,  camphoe, cafferic acid, ursolic acid, betulinic acid, carnosic acid and carnosol which are powerful fighters of insomnia.

CINNAMON has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect which assists with muscle relaxation and may help you drift off to sleep.
